I.C.E. Black White 3/4 Sleeve Short Blazer Black and white stripped trim detail. Silk Cotton Blend outer, lining is acetate. Fabric does not have any stretch. 3/4 sleeve length. Lightweight. About 21" across armpit to armpit. Approximately 23" long from shoulder to hemline. This did fit on the smaller side. Which is why I am adding a 12 to the listing.
