I.C.E brand women's Y2K long silk skirt size small

Please refer to the pictures with the measuring tape for the waist hip and length. The shell is silk and the lining is polyester. This skirt is previously owned and very lightweight. The color is black and gray and please note the unusual patterns, there's a little bit of bling and there's a Dutch windmill, etc.
