I.C.E skirt

I.C.E off white skirt with metal rivet embellishments and fraying. Size 8 .Left side zip. Waist measures 15 1/2 Length is 33 1/2. Used good condition. Skirt is lined. Would look cute with sandles or cowboy boots.
