ICEBERG high quality cotton knee length skirt

I loved this high quality skirt! It'll look cute with cropped T shirt or something. it's in great condition. 100% cotton. very soft and smooth. made in Italy. I'm not 100% sure about sizing. It says 26/40. the waist band is 30 inches long. I think if you normally wear XS, the waist line will be a little below the bellybutton. if S, it'll be right around belly button I think.
