ICHI Drape Blouse XL

This is a size extra-large worn only a couple of times. Elastic band at the waist line with an additional drape. This is missing one button on the left sleeve. It’s a black button and I feel could easily be replaced. Otherwise great condition. Shoulder to waste line is 17.5 inches into hem 28 inches under arm to under arm 22 inches. Waist band and stretched measures 17 inches.
