Very good condition. IDI by Matthew elastic waist drape cinch skirt. I think intended to be worn as a skirt but can also be styled as a tube dress as shown in pics. Size medium. When flat, waist measures approx 14” across with max stretch to approx 17” across. Length approx 34” from waist to lowest part of (uncinched) hem.
