Very good condition. IDI by Matthew elastic waist drape cinch skirt. I think intended to be worn as a skirt but can also be styled as a tube dress as shown in pics. Size large. When flat, waist measures approx 14-14.5” across with max stretch to approx 17.5” across. Length approx 32-33” from waist to lowest part of (uncinched) hem.
