ILGWU Plaid/Stripe Skirt

International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union (ILGWU) skirt, made in the USA. Size 6. Likely vintage. Closes with zipper and button on the side. Colorful plaid/striped pattern; mainly blue with earthy orange, pink, red, and gray. Lining is plum purple. Materials not listed on tag, but the shell feels like wool and the lining synthetic.
