Yellow midi dress with button up wrist details and five buttons up the front. Material is textured and slightly see through, I just wear a full body slip underneath. Made by the International Ladies and Garment Workers Union founded in 1900 - 1990. Unknown year of make. Textured fabric. Size small. Elastic waist band.
