🇺🇸‎ ILGWU vintage ladies green floral overshirt

This piece was made by the Intl Ladies garment workers union. It is a vintage piece and the only flaws I can see is that it needs a little stitch work on the bottoms of the side seams. It says it is a size 18 but please see measurement for best fit. This piece is meant to be worn over the top of another shirt as it has no buttons, just a tie at the top of the neck line.
