Hi, I have a few questions regarding this cute top! Is the ruching at the bottom of 1 side at the hip or waist? It’s hard to determine. How long are the sleeves? How does the bottom fall, fitted or loose? Thank you!

@mommavee47 Thanks for your interest. The ruching is on the right side and is NOT adjustable (sewn in). There’s 3 folds of material from the bottom that go up. The sleeves measure approximately 20” from the neck to end of sleeve (top of sleeve measurement). The bottom sleeve is curved from the body so not really measurable. The measurement across the bottom of the blouse is about 19” but the material is stretchy. Not sure if that would be “fitted” or loose (would depend on your frame).
