It is a welcomed evolution of elizabeth (our beloved women's super high rise), but with a moderate high rise and a flattering slim, cropped leg. It rests on your true waist. it has a tapered, skinny fit through the thigh and calf with a cropped inseam for a modern fit. 93% cotton 5% polyester and 2% spandex.
