INC 2 in 1 maxi skirt/dress pink tie dye Large

INC Pretty 2 in 1 maxi skirt & strapless dress in pink and white tie dye with rhinestones around the front half. It has a fold down waist band to make it a skirt which can then be made into a strapless midi dress. Material is a soft jersey style with a bit of stretch and some weight.
