INC B&W Polka Dot 3/4 Sleeve Blouse

Lightweight 100% Nylon fabric with a bit of stretch...woven in a mesh style. Though this blouse fully opens at front with cute black buttons, it can also be pulled over head. Has low-profile ruffle detail at neck. Tried to show the detail in all photos. This blouse retailed for $64 but I purchased it on sale for $48.
