INC Beaded and sequin mini dress

beautiful beading and sequins around neckline and bottom of 3/4 sleeves. the tag only has a P on it but I think it's a small, please read measurements before purchasing all measurements are laying flat and approximate pit to pit 16" waist 14.5" shoulder to hem 33" the dress has plenty of stretch
