INC Black Jacket with lace

This is a fantastic black jacket with lace panels on the back, sides and shoulders. Its lightweight, has a pleather look. It has a waterfall type front and collar. Reminds me of leather and lace. The lace looks like a rose and leaf pattern. See photos. It's a perfect layer for your favorite colorful tank. Measurements taken while flat. Arm pit to arm pit is 20" Length is 21" Bottom hem measures 20" (i measured across back) Since the front doesn't close, it's a little forgiving. It's NWOT.
