I.N.C. Black sequined flats - cushioned insoles

INC international concepts - purchased in Macy’s. Black and nylon with rubber flats. Worn 2X EUC with little to no wear on the shoes. The bottom brown is from a rug but it doesn’t effect the shoes at all. No wear on the inside.
