INC Blue Paisley Tunic

INC International Concepts blue tunic top with paisley pattern and silver studs. No rips/stains/pilling. Excellent used condition. Personally, I wore this as a short dress, along with a bandeau bra. However, it's technically meant to be worn as a tunic top. Size L 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. Soft fabric. See photos for measurements.
