I.N.C. Emma Garden Blouse

This is a beautiful top with a flower print. It has shirring at the waist and sleeves. I lost too much weight or I would have wore these easily with black skinny jeans. I wanted to use also at work with my Express Editor pants but never got to wear. Fit me beautifully when I was a 40 DD and 35 inch waist.
