INC Feminine Top

This little shirt has super adorable detailing at the top -There is sheer fabric going all the way around the front and back of neckline that is trimmed with ribbon and a small ruffle. The ribbon leads into a tie at the front. The tie is not fixed so it can be tied/bowed/untied however you desire. There are no snags or stains or damage of any kind. The body of the shirt is a stretchy knit.
