INC International Concepts Collection 30 Years Black and White Tasseled Poncho New with tags. Never worn. 70% Acrylic and 30% wool. Beautiful Black and white printed draping poncho open in the front center with a self tie belt. Black long tassels along the bottom and sides of the poncho. Black self tie belt is in two pieces attached to the inner back of the poncho. Each piece of the belt is approximately 26-27 inches long.
