This versatile black and white piece by INC International Concepts can be worn as a strapless dress or as a skirt. It features blank and white swirls that are accentuated with tiny rhinestones in the front below the dress waistline. The top is made from a 95% rayon/5% spandex blend, and it stretches to fit your curves. The bottom is 100% rayon. Care is machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle, and tumble dry low. This has only been worn twice, so it’s like new.
