I.N.C. International Concepts Short Sleeve Floral Blouse Red Cream XL

Reposhing this item I purchased from @cambriablessed. Loved it, but it didn't fit me as well as I would have liked it to fit. The tag says XL but it fits more like a Large on me. I guess I should have read the measurements better. Lightweight and sheer with floral design and small red rhinestone accents. Ruffle sleeves and bottom. Size: Xl (but fits more like a Large) shoulder to shoulder - 15.5" pit to pit - 18" Neck to bottom - 15" Questions? Leave a comment below!
