INC International Convertible Dress/Skirt Size L in Tropical Bloom (Pink and White Tie Dye). New with tags. Never worn, but has been in closet for several years. Made with 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex. Some hangar marks on top of dress from hanging in closet, but will reshape with wash. Makes a great sundress/swimsuit cover up! Reasonable offers considered.
