INC International jacket / blazer Beautiful jacket / blazer, black ruffle going up the front. Shell is 72% rayon, 24%nylon, 4% spandex. Lining 100% polyester, trim 90% polyester, 10%spandex. Made in the Philippines Only left pocket is useable. Top to bottom of jacket is 33' inches long. Bust measures 36' but could fit 38' as there's the stretch in the material.
