INC International Concepts navy blue shift dress with silver reflective sequins around neck & bottom hem. Features a racerback or t-strap back, shelf bra, hook & eye closure around neck, gray & black embroidery, silver beading. Warm, almost deep purple navy blue. Really fun & flowy jersey-like material! Tag says small petite (would be fitted), but great as loose, shift style for XS (very flattering). Worn 2x; EUC with tiny fuzz in a few spots. Smoke-free home. Measurements upon request.
