INC Navy & White Long Skirt with elastic waist, Size S

INC Navy & White Medallion Skirt measures 35.5” long. The material is 95% polyester, 5% spandex. This skirt is great for travel because it doesn’t wrinkle. The elastic waist measured 27.5” but of course, it’s elastic, so it is forgiving. The front of the skirt has small silver embellishments that catch the light. They are on the front only. The skirt has no signs of wear. Very good condition. Size is Small - could probably fit sizes 4 - 8.
