INC Night Rider paisley scarf print handkerchief hem halter style dress. NWT size 10 Predominately teal with green, rusty red, golden yellow and white. Fully lined in teal which has stretch. Dress is more Aline with asymmetric hemline (handkerchief hem) and side seams are exposed to show 2” edges of the fabric. I’ve shown it hanging loosely but looks great belted too.
