This 100% Cotton, INC, deep V- Neck, long dress is New with Tags. Pairs perfectly with sneakers, sandals or boots. It has gathered shoulders, from the neckline to the end of the sleeve approximately 12 inches. There are two ruffled tiers, one at the hip and the other at the hem. (see pictures for size of both) It has a side zipper and is lined with orange cotton fabric. Approximate measurements: (see pictures) Length - 55.5" Waist - 15" Hip (just above ruffle detail) - 20.5" * I couldn't get an accurate bust measurement as it's open from the neckline to the end of the sleeve.
