INC, Size small polka dot ruffle shirt

Oh where to begin? This lovely shirt has slightly puffed short sleeves, putty back with cream polka dots, and a ruffled bib. Polka dots are not uniform, appearing to be a slight animal print/pattern. But this is very subtle. Neckline is vee with functional buttons. Shape is slightly A-line, ok to wear tucked or untucked.
