I.N.C. Skirt

This is a red, black, and white pattern I.N.C. International Concepts size small skirt. There is a zipper and a slit in the side of the skirt. The materials in the skirt are 95% polyester and 5% spandex. This skirt has been worn a couple of times, but it is in excellent condition.
