This sleeveless top is by I.N.C. International Concepts. Made of soft rayon knit with a bit of spandex, the top has a long flared easy fit with the back slightly longer than the front. The top is narrow at the shoulders with a collared neck and buttons down the front. Front of the top is completely covered in black beading and the back is plain black with soft gathering in the middle at the shoulders. The top is machine washable but hand washing is recommended. The top is size Small with 16” across the bust line, 17 1/2” wide at the waist, 21” wide at the bottom, 23” long in the front, and 28” long in the back. This beautiful top is New, has never been worn, and still has the original tag and bag with extra button attached. There are no tears, rips, holes, or stains anywhere and there does not appear to be any missing rhinestones. See all photos.
