I.N.C. Waist Jacket

🍓🍉💋Must be bundled🍧🎂🎀 Buttons up the front with big blue buttons and has a waist tie. Double ruffle neck, ruffle button placket and ruffle around bottom. This jacket is short & will work best for someone w/a shorter torso. The double ruffle trim is cute. Its a substantial piece, not flimsy at all. Would b good in cool weather.
