International Concepts rayon and polyester knit cardigan. Worn once. 3/4 sleeve with button trim on ruched sleeves. The buttons are glasslike and facetted so they sparkle. Tag reads size M, but its more like a small. Bust laying flat 16" length 19.5". Sleeve length unstretched 20".
