INC black sequined shift dress with neck closure!

Worn for NYE a few years ago, this is the perfect party dress! It’s super comfortable and looks great when it twirls on the dance floor! Because it has sequins, it is on the delicate side, and is missing one on the back (pictured) and another one on the back is loose (pictured). Otherwise in great condition! Needs a good home!!
