INC black silky top with fringe

The top has a beautiful silky feeling to it although it’s not silk it is a washable material polyester and spandex blend. Bought at Macy’s has a really nice neck and wrap around scarf like with fringe. I was absolutely adorable when I purchased it but then last week now it’s just too big size large. Adorned my closet, but it was never worn.
