INC brown and white polka dot top - size 14

INC International Concepts brown sleeveless top with white polka dots. Faux wrap style. Modesty stitch. V-neck. Lightweight and flowy. Has a small run near back right armpit (see last photo). Because of the pleats on the back and the way the shirt falls, you really can't see it. Size 14.
