INC cowl neck, cap sleeve blue knit top size L

Vintage, really cool knit top with soft cowl neck and cap sleeves. Very soft, nicely clings to body, very feminine. Really cute under a sweater or jacket. Slightly puffed short sleeves. Hits at hip on me (I L’s 5’5”). It’s a large, but on the smaller side of large. (Wish it still fit me!) Good pre-loved condition! Questions? Ask away!
