INC mini swing dress with back bow detail.

Sheer, lined swing dress by INC International Concepts. Sleeves are sheer, body of dress is lightly lined. Women’s size Medium. In perfect, NWOT condition. Cute back neck bow detailing. Long sleeved but very lightweight. Note- I think this runs just a bit big. I wear a size 8 and felt it ran a bit big - felt roomy to me. (I sized down to a small which is why this is available)
