INC yellow and black hi lo dress w/ silver stones

Beautiful high low dress w/ a ring at neckline and straps extending from ring around neck to back. Single button & loop closure. Occasional silver stones @ various areas. White, black & yellow paisley pattern. Has a "shelf bra" and is lined to the knee. I bought this piece as inspiration to lose weight. Well, it's been sitting in closet for 2 years. I never lost weight and I never wore it. I removed tag, but it's brand new. Probably good travel dress, doesn't wrinkle. Non Smoking home. No pets
