chronicstyle Hi, I am new and have been trying to make Poshmark work out for me for a few months now with only four (4!) sales 😩😭 I don’t know what I’m doing wrong??How can I better support selling my sports gear, when the brand of my snowboard isn’t listed on the “winter adventure! Sports and recreation” posh show??? Is the only way to get new people to see my listings to do the 10% price drop

tough2sweet @chronicstyle You're not doing anything wrong. The Live Shows have plummeted Poshmark. Closets are losing money. It's become an auction. Best I can Recommend is to try cross listing. If you drop your prices on closet clear out days on sundays and fridays, you may get a sale. No one is buying right now. Its hit or miss.

tough2sweet @chronicstyle But don't give up. Push on. Share your closet, follow new people. Go down my followers list, and tap on all blues you see. They should give you a follow back. They may view your closet and may lead to a sale.

Yeah, the auction thing is not really what I thought I was getting into by selling on Poshmark. 🫤 I reached out because I was shocked to see such a popular account saying it was in the process of closing; I figured I just didn’t have enough followers to be seen.

tough2sweet @chronicstyle Yes, try crosslisting on other apps. I am not closing for good, just thru Christmas. I will be back on around Jan 10. Just remember, Always make your closet your #1 priority, Follow New Closets ( Go under "shop" and scroll until you see "people", up top are new closets.) Always try to copy your listings Every 60 days and raise your price then you can delete the old. When you list an item, write date in listing for reference. Hope this helps.

I will push on! 👏 when you say always prioritize your closet, do you mean like if you get a sale simultaneously on the same item in two different apps, to give it to the posh buyers? Because that’s one of the things I worry about, with cross posting. I know I would have to delete the listing as soon as it sold- or change it to ‘not for sale’ while I talked to someone interested elsewhere.

tough2sweet @chronicstyle Prioritize just means to share your closet here on poshmark. If you cross list, it's rare that the same item will sell at the same time. That I wouldn't worry about. If it does, just sell to the 1st buyer and explain to the other. Where ever you are selling, Help your closet by sharing your items out. A lot of other sites, there's no sharing, following ect but promoting by dropping your price. Sorry if this is confusing. Any other questions, Please feel free to ask.

chronicstyle Hello again 🤗 I am wondering how I can see what the upcoming posh shows are going to be, day of. Like, I know there was one today at 3 that I thought would be good. But when I try to scroll back through my notifications to see what the ‘PM Editor Invites’ list for today, I can only see the invites for tomorrow. It doesn’t keep the old invites, it just circles back to the new notifications 😮‍💨
