aliwah awesome bio! used to go to Trader Joe's when I lived in NE...the Boston one and my other fav was in Portsmouth,NH. I hope you are still playing piano...I know you prob are cooking up a storm these covid days! I'm on the beach here in central east coast Florida where it is truly beautiful...I'm so very thankful for the peace the ocean sounds bring me. shopsense @standoutstaples Marina, apparently it was my turn to draft and fall asleep 😴. I’m a carnivore but I appreciate a lot of vegetarian dishes. Can’t believe you fasted for *40 days - without meat or without anything but juice? Either way, that’s admirable! -Shannon

standoutstaples @shopsense I’m glad you finally read my rant 😉 yeah, I was fasting with no meat, fish, eggs or milk products, practically only small portions of grains and veggies. It was the hardest for the 1st 3-7 days, then your body adjusts and you don’t feel so hungry anymore 😌 we can talk about that later, girl! I’m starting a new Russian food/exercise program soon, let me know, if you’re interested. xoxo Marina
