right_on_time Because my number in mind is the asking price. Even if it is negotiable I feel the negotiation needs to start with/from the buyer. I approach the same way when I'm the buyer. The seller set the price so the ball's in my court and I don't expect them to set a lower price before I've even made an offer. Just doesn't feel right. Anyway, that's the way I see it. But,there's no way I can your offer. After Posh takes their 20% I'll pocket half of my asking price. That can't happen.

right_on_time @weche1010 The asking price can be a starting point, doesn’t mean it is. If I listed it @ $200 would you have clicked on it & offered $150 for it? That's why it's listed @ $150. You can't get this watch brand new. How others choose to negotiate has nothing to do with me & you shouldn't assume all seller's will react how you want them to. A $100 offer for a $150 asking price is a borderline insult.
