IOC Argento Swarovski Sterling Silver Bracelet 14K GE Filigree Charm w/Hallmarks

7-1/4" long. Clasp on chain is stamped 925. Filigree 1/2" charm is stamped with the star hallmark which refers to the gold purity. Next is 14 GE, for 14K white gold electroplate. Next is 800 which is a purity stamp for both gold & silver, translated to 80% pure. The front of the charm needs a little bit of cleaning - see close-up. Blue Swarovski beads 5mm. Tag reads "Swarovski" on one side & "Argento" on the reverse. Argento has a site that sells Swarovski jewelry, which is very expensive. This piece is older & no longer available for sale.
