US Cellular Provider but is UNLOCKED. Bought it brand new in December. Perfect shape, just has glass screen protector on that is cracked that needs to come off. I have a new screen protector that I can have put on or will include with the phone. I have the original box and I will send it in at home. Only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I just upgraded to an 8 plus. Will take DECENT offers so please make some.
