IRIDESCENT BLUE & SILVER MINI DRESS/TUNIC

This cold shoulder piece is done by Ciara Sun Woo. It is mostly blue & silver but shimmers other colors with movement. It's a perfect piece for a date night or any dressy event. It's style is hi-low measuring 29" in back, 23" in front. The sleeves are 17" from the shoulder down. (including the cut-out). It was purchased at a high end boutique in the Borgata. Only worn once.
