IRIS Smocked Puff-Sleeve Top

Selling this cute smocked top with a puff sleeve and square neckline ! It’s slightly cropped and hits just right with a mix or high rise pant or skirt. It has a feminine silhouette but a kind of leather/pleather look to it which I love. Only wore this once or twice but got a bunch of compliments. Size S but it’s stretchy so I’d say S/M. I’m usually a 4 or 6 for reference!
