IRO black Campbell loop knit jacket sz 40 or 8

Black loop knit open jacket. Could also be a thick cardigan as it's a heavy knit material. Has shoulder pads. Front and around neck are fringed. Fringe also at hem and wrists. Looks a bit fuzzy which could be the material or due to minor wear. Otherwise no issues.
