IRO ruffled skirt 100% viscose - light material Super cute for spring and summer! PLEASE READ RE: SIZING: French size 34 = US size 0-2 HOWEVER- only flaw makes it a larger waist - elastic is stretched out at waist, making waist about 30” - see picture #7.
