ISDA & CO vintage style embroidered skirt 2 4 (G4)

ISDA & Co (Bloomingdales) skirt... Vintage style, but modern-made. Light cotton lining, with a soft nylon tulle overlay. The tulle is sheer, with embroidered flowers. Hidden side zip closure. Tagged as a 2, but easily fits a 4, it measures 29" at the waist, and it's 26.5" long. Excellent condition!
